UVpro Air

UVC bactericidal lamps of the UVpro LBD series are used for reliable disinfection of air and surfaces. They are ideal for use in refrigeration equipment, for disinfecting the fins of heat exchanger systems, or directly inside air-cooling units. The rotary reflector allows flexible definition of the radiation direction, so after proper adjustment the UVC emitter can be operated in a room in the presence of people. The module’s robust stainless steel construction and corrosion-resistant reflector allow wet cleaning of the device using chemical agents, e.g., in foam form, without negatively affecting the device’s operation.

The UVpro LKEB series modules are pre-assembled units designed for quick installation in industrial air coolers. They are equipped with two bactericidal UVpro lamps, a dual ballast and a stainless steel mounting system. By placing the UVC module in front of the heat exchanger fins, surfaces are kept free of biofilm and other contaminants. Condensing water drains away freely, and the exchanger maintains its performance. Additionally, the passing air and all internal surfaces susceptible to germs are continuously cleaned and disinfected.

Modules of the UVpro LKV series are intended for installation in industrial refrigeration systems. During installation they should be positioned on the intake side so they evenly illuminate the heat exchanger fins, which results in surfaces free of biofilm and other contaminants. Condensing water runs freely down the exchanger walls, and the unit maintains its constant performance. Additionally, the passing air and any internal surfaces prone to buildup of organic contaminants are continuously disinfected.

UVpro V500 is, like the V1000, a disinfecting recirculator designed with the food industry in mind. It is also a very versatile solution and performs excellently in disinfecting virtually any type of room, especially humid rooms. Thanks to a two-stage adjustable ventilation system it can disinfect up to 450 m³ of air per hour while maintaining a constant, intensive dose of UVC radiation. High UVC output is ensured by four very powerful lamps. Thermal shields ensure their stable operation, even at temperatures below 0°C. These parameters make it possible to effectively destroy mold spores during a single pass of air through the device.

The UVpro V1000 disinfecting recirculator was designed for the food industry. It’s a very versatile solution and works excellently for disinfecting virtually any type of room, especially humid spaces. Thanks to a continuously adjustable ventilation system, it can disinfect up to 800 m³ of air per hour while maintaining a constant, intense UVC dose. The highest UVC output is provided by six powerful emitters, which operate stably thanks to thermal shields, even at temperatures below 0°C. These parameters mean that even mold spores are killed during a single pass of air through the device.

The UVpro V300 disinfection recirculator was designed with the food industry in mind. The device is ideal for disinfecting virtually any type of room, especially humid rooms. An efficient ventilation system allows disinfection of up to 300 m³ of air per hour with an average UVC dose of 12 mJ/cm². Thanks to its simple yet highly efficient design, the V300 model is an ideal device for commercial applications, offered at an attractive price. Two emitters in thermal shields provide good UVC performance even in cold-storage rooms.

The UVpro KMD series module enables straightforward installation of UVC technology in ventilation ducts. The device’s square stainless-steel housing allows quick and easy mounting of the unit to the floor, ceiling, or side walls of the duct using two mounting brackets. The airflow rate and other relevant parameters determine the number of units required to achieve the desired level of disinfection. Different lengths and types of available UV lamps provide maximum flexibility and applicability, even in the most challenging installation and operating conditions.

The UVpro BFM series sterilizing units are dedicated solutions for packaging, film-wrapping and filling systems. Thanks to a special reflector design, the radiation can be focused so that it reaches even the most complexly positioned nooks and the side walls of the packaged or filled item, e.g. the bottoms of cups and the walls of bottles. In film-wrapping machines, the film itself is also disinfected.

The UVpro V50 disinfects up to 50 m³ of air per hour with an average UVC dose of 5 mJ/cm2, destroying 99% of bacteria and viruses during a single pass of air through the recirculator. Its hygienic, simple design prevents the formation of deposits and bacterial clusters. The V50 model is intended for commercial applications such as laboratories, waiting rooms, medical practices, and small production and storage rooms up to 100 m³ in volume. The device can be disassembled and serviced without tools.

The V50 E series recirculators are a more efficient version of the V50 series and disinfect rooms at a rate of up to 50 m³/h, with particularly high intensity. These units are ideal for retrofit installation and reliable air treatment in laboratories, medical offices, and small production or storage rooms with a total volume of up to 50 m³. They are well suited for mounting on either walls or ceilings and feature a discreetly integrated power (on/off) button.

The UVpro V-LAB is a recirculator that disinfects and sterilizes air with the highest effectiveness. Its maximum airflow capacity is 100 m³/h. The device was specially designed for the most sensitive rooms, such as laboratories, hospitals, medical practices, treatment rooms, waiting rooms, restaurant and tasting rooms, small production halls, and warehouses. It features very low noise generation, high effectiveness, simple wall mounting, is supplied with a plug for connection to a 230V outlet, and has an advanced control system with various adjustment options.

The UVpro WDS series bactericidal UVC lamps are used in laboratory rooms, medical practices, production areas, cold rooms, and warehouses as disinfecting units that can be mounted on the ceiling or wall. A 360° rotating reflector allows quick changes in the direction of the radiation, so, for example, during the day the air in occupied areas can be sterilized, while after adjusting the reflector—at night—all work surfaces can be treated. The device is made of stainless steel, plastic, and aluminum. Available in three lengths for different applications and room sizes.

The UVpro TS series modules have an IP68 protection rating and are designed for direct placement, together with the power unit, in water tanks for full, long-term immersion. These modules work well in air conditioning and ventilation systems, in humidifiers and in cooling towers. Devices of this series are successfully used in many professional paint shops and spray booths in air purification systems. They effectively disinfect process water, as well as the inner walls of tanks and the entire installation, destroying the microorganisms responsible for biofilm formation.

The UVpro FM series allows installation of modules in the walls of water tanks, ventilation ducts, or air-conditioning ducts. Their construction and the mounting flange with three holes and a seal are designed so that, through a previously made hole of Ø 27 mm, a UVC emitter can be inserted into the air-conditioning duct or water tank. This solution ensures the working element — the UVC light emitter — has no serviceable parts inside the irradiated object except for its transparent cover. Therefore, maintenance is performed exclusively from the outside of the ventilation duct or tank.

The UVC devices of the UVpro FMT series are designed to disinfect air and surfaces in storage tanks. PTFE-coated lamps are mounted very simply on the tank using protruding flanges and inserted into the interior of the tank. As a result, the air in the upper part of the tank, contaminated with germs, as well as the tank’s internal walls, are effectively disinfected. The UVpro FMT is also well suited as a unit for flow-through treatment and disinfection of liquids. The device set includes a unit for monitoring operation, equipped with a potential-free (dry) contact for signaling alarm messages.
