UVpro CU-1 Monitoring Module

The UVpro CU-1 monitoring modules are the simplest and most cost-effective solution for controlling the functions of UVpro disinfection devices. Each module is factory-configured for a specific installation and application (number and capacity of the modules to be monitored). The operating current of the receivers is continuously monitored, and if its value falls below the threshold, an alarm is triggered via the dedicated output signal (DC or AC) along with a red LED indicator on the module.

 
 
UVpro UVC Line Monitoring Module

The UVpro UVC Line module is a highly flexible solution that combines multiple functions, enabling real-time monitoring of up to 8 UVC units simultaneously. In addition to tracking the power consumption of each of the 8 channels, it also records operating hours and lamp ignition processes. The module provides reminders about upcoming UVC lamp replacements, signals any malfunctions or system errors, and an optional UVC power sensor can be integrated via an RS bus.

Connection to a PLC controller for synchronization with building automation is achieved through a potential-free contact or via the bus system. The UVpro UVC Line monitoring module is available either as a single DIN rail–mounted module or as a fully assembled and wired unit in a stainless-steel control box.

UV Connect

UV Connect provides a secure VPN connection between the UV system and your location via remote cloud connectivity. This allows our engineers to see exactly what you see on your control panel and recommend the necessary steps to resolve any potential issues. We can also make real-time adjustments to your UV system’s software settings.

Receive reports detailing the condition of your UV system, actions required to improve performance, and a list of planned maintenance tasks. Each of these solutions gives you peace of mind, knowing that you have a UV systems expert by your side.

UVpro Lampchecker UVC Power and Efficiency Meter

The operation of low-pressure UVC germicidal lamps depends heavily on several factors that influence their effectiveness and efficiency. These include ambient temperature, the use of a suitable ballast, protection of the lamps against mechanical fragments with proper shields, the type and condition of the reflector, and more.

With the UVpro Lampchecker UVC power and efficiency meter, it is now possible for the first time to determine the performance of lamps operating in different environments through regular control measurements. The reference value (100%), which serves as the basis for all readings, is calculated as the average of three initial learning measurements.

To carry out the test, the sensor should be placed in its dedicated holder, positioned on the lamp, and then moved steadily along the length of the lamp. The dedicated holder is designed to fit various diameters of UVpro lamps and ensures a constant, correct distance from the lamp during measurement.

The radiation output (in %) and any indication of the need to replace the lamps can be read directly on the meter’s display.

Radiometer UVpro

The UVpro radiometer is designed for measuring low-pressure UVC lamps, allowing both dose measurements [J/cm²] over time and radiation intensity measurements [W/cm²]. The set includes a calibrated UVC sensor and an Android smartphone. The measurement range of the device is from 0.01 mW/cm² to 155 mW/cm², while the UV spectral range is from 230–280 nm.

UVpro Safe UVC Radiation Emission Level Meter

UVpro Safe is a measuring device designed to determine potential UVC exposure levels in the workplace. Based on Directive 2006/25/EC, UVpro Safe measures the dominant and biologically weighted UVC radiation intensity at a wavelength of 254 nm, and calculates the maximum permissible exposure time for skin and eyes. The safe maximum stay duration in such a location can be read directly on the device display, with the value calculated under the assumption that the measured UVC radiation remains constant throughout the exposure period.

The device may only be used for measurements of low-pressure UVC lamps!!!
